What is TuxMat Made Of?

TuxMat consists of a three-layer construction, providing 100% waterproof vinyl outer layer, EVA inner layer for dimension, and a soundproofing anti-slip bottom layer, offering maximum coverage and enhancing your vehicle's interior.

Where is TuxMat Made?

Mats are designed and shipped from our Toronto warehouse. They are manufactured in China.

What’s in the Package?

Your floor mat order will include a green bag of clips and Velcro clips attached to the driver’s side mat. A QR code on the bag can be scanned with your smartphone for the installation instructions. Trunk mats are shipped alone.

Will You Scan My Vehicle?

With a few exceptions, TuxMat’s focus is on producing mats for vehicles and vehicle generations still in production by their respective automakers, if there is sufficient consumer demand. We cannot offer custom mats outside of these requirements at this time.

How to Install?

Cleaning

TuxMat can be swept or vacuumed free of debris and cleaned with hot water and liquid dish soap. Mats should be fully dried before being used.

My TuxMat is Out of Stock! How Can I Find Out When it’s Restocked?

How Can I Track the Status of My Order?

When Will My Order be Shipped?

Orders are shipped same day if placed before 2pm EST from Monday to Friday. Delivery times vary depending on location and weather conditions.

Do You Pay for Shipping?

Shipping is free within Canada and the contiguous United States.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Payment

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We cannot accept Visa Debit, Debit Cards, PayPal, Gift Cards, or Amex.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars on TuxMat.ca and US dollars on TuxMat.com.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it goes directly to processing with our fulfillment team, and unfortunately, we are unable to modify any order details after this point. If you change your mind or need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team via chat as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel it, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please complete a Return Request form to arrange a return once the package is delivered.

Return Policy

It's important to us that you're happy with your TuxMat purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been processed at our warehouse. Returns can be requested via our Return Request form.

Condition of Return

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly note that the product must be returned in an unused condition. Please inspect the item thoroughly, checking for any signs of wear, dirt, or alterations. Retain the original packaging, including tags and accessories, as it contributes to the safe return of the product.

Warranty

TuxMat offers a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the vehicle the mats were purchased for. Exclusions include wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or chemical contamination (i.e. gas, bleach), vehicle accidents, modifications, or incorrect installation. When a replacement mat cannot be offered to eligible warranty claims due to lack of availability, store credit will be issued instead. To make a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty Request form and a customer service representative will contact you.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund, using the original method of payment.

At TuxMat, we offer free shipping to customers across Canada, we will stand by our free shipping policy as long as we are able to break even.

In some extreme cases, when shipping cost is simply too much for us to cover, we will notify you with proof of the shipping rate and refund the total amount of your order (using the original method of payment) or we may ask you to cover a portion of the shipping cost, whichever you prefer.

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your TuxMat purchase. If you aren’t, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the purchase for a full refund. Please complete a Return Request form on our website and a representative will contact you within one business day.

TuxMat Inc. warrants that our products will be free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser and only for the original vehicle they were installed in. Exclusions to this warranty includes wear and tear as a result of (or resulting from) normal wear and aging, including, but not limited to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, modifications, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.

We will stand behind our products, depending on the situation, we may send a replacement to you (at no cost or a prorated amount), or issue a store credit if the replacement is not available.
